It is overcast again here today so we won't get to see what all kinds of holographic hijinks this gets up to in direct sun, but it is so fabulous even without the sun that I can't imagine it could be any more gorgeous than it is right now.
Application was mah-velous! The consistency of Rustic Vibes is fluid and buttery with a medium viscosity and an even, fluent, self-leveling glide over the nail. The microglitters by and large go on without issue but I had a couple that tumbled into stickups at the sidewalls, easily pressed smooth with a gentle finger tap before the polish was completely dry. Pigmentation is excellent, close to a one-coater. Cleanup is accompanied by a tiny bit of pigment travel but little to no residual staining, which is remarkable considering that this is actually a saturated red. Rustic Vibes dries naturally in very good time to a smooth (save for those very few stickups), shiny finish. Topcoat does not interfere in any way with the holographic properties.
Photos show two coats of Rustic Vibes over basecoat with a topcoat of Seche Vite.

This is simply splendid, the color, the microglitters, the holo, the formula, everything! The fiery, shimmering, coppery-red color is deliciously rich and vibrant with a presence and panache equal to that of a jewel-tone, in my opinion. So not just perfect for fall, it will make a fantastic holiday shade as well. Yes, you want this. So good!
love,
Liz
