Application was fabulous. The consistency of City Streets if fluid, dense and smooth with a medium viscosity and an even, buttery, self-leveling slip over the nail that went on easily for me in thin to medium coats. Pigmentation is outstanding. This is a true one-coater. I added a second to fix some lines left wanting after the first coat, but it didn't affect the look. Cleanup is straightfoward with a bit of pigment travel. City Streets dries naturally in very good time to a smooth, flat finish. As I mentioned above, topcoat deepens the color fairly significantly and gives the polish a smoother, silkier look overall, but it does not inhibit the holographic properties.
Photos show two coats of City Streets over basecoat with a topcoat of Seche Vite. Sorry I don't have sun pics for you -- it clouded over as I begain photographing.

I love grey polish and this deep, dimensional charcoal is just fierce: sleek, graceful and devastatingly elegant, with a holographic display in direct light that is one of the lushest, most intensely-colored prismatic flares I've ever seen on a black or near-black holo. It really is marvelous. A fantastic polish, not to be missed!
love,
Liz
