OPI A Woman's Prague-ative

Like Eurso Euro, A Woman's Prague-ative was released as part of OPI's Euro Centrale collection for spring/summer 2013. It is a stunning copper foil with what looks to be red, gold and copper shimmers suspended in a sheer bright pink/orange tinted base. The overall look is of a glorious radiant copper with blood orange undertones and a gorgeous speckled foily finish.

Application was great. This polish has a fluid, easy to control consistency that disperses evenly over the nail. Because of the sheer base, multiple coats are necessary. I did two, but on retrospect I could probably have used a third for maximum richness of color. But it did reach opacity and bottle color in two. As you can probably imagine, clean up needs a bit of attention due to the superabundant shimmers that disperse over the skin when acetone hits them, but luckily A Woman's Prague-ative (I just don't know about that name...) applies so easily there was little clean up to do. I did discover, however, that my removal of the previous polish, Deborah Lippmann's Va Va Voom, left something to be desired. So don't be surprised to catch the errant blue glitter appearance on the outskirts of this manicure or lodged under a cuticle or the side of a free edge.

A Woman's Prague-ative dries naturally in good time so a smooth shiny finish. Photos show two coats over treatment and basecoat with a topcoat of Seche Vite for added glossiness.

Isn't that splendid? I don't think that A Woman's Prague-ative is half as fond of me as I am of it, my pinkage doesn't do enough justice to the dense orangey copper color, but I don't care because this polish makes my eyes happy!

love,
Aunt Liz
