The Way I Am is beautifully formulated and applies like a dream. Photos show two smooth and easy coats over treatment/basecoat. This polish dries naturally to a satiny sheen and I added a topcoat of Seche Vite for gloss.

The Way I Am has grown on me as I've worn it. At first I was a little disappointed that it pulled so grey on me but I find myself appreciating the subtleties of this color more and more. It has a very personable feel on the nail and is so easy to wear. It's like an old friend that you haven't seen in a long time and then when you see them again you pick up right where you left off. I catch a glimpse of my nails and smile.
I showed it to Fuzzy and she said, Oh. Soft. Nice.
I think that sums it up pretty well!

ReplyDeleteThe whole Love Lyrics collection was GREAT wasn't it? At the time I got this one the only other polish that wasn't sold out was Somebody Loved, which I also bought. I'm doing a post on it tomorrow. I meant to go back after a restock and get Ain't No Sunshine and Better Together but I never did. I am an idiot!
