Pahlish Greenery and Humid Air

Greenery and Humid Air by Pahlish is described as a "deep teal jelly polish with an assortment of purple, aqua, and pink shimmers accented by sparse holographic shimmer and green microglitters." This is a rich vibrant composition that exudes a sense of abundance. The dark teal jelly base is deeply saturated and the shimmers give the impression of precise calibration for maximum individual sparkle, while the green microglitters provide Greenery and Humid Air with an intense shimmery sheen.

Application was easy with a formula that is liquid but dense with components. Nevertheless I experienced no glitter stacking or dragging, and the polish dries quickly to a semi matte finish. Coverage is dependent upon an even distribution of the microglitters, which tend to want to collect in the center of the nail and can end up rather sparse around the edges. I discovered this after photographing the polish at two coats plus topcoat. Reviewing the pics, the areas with less microglitters looked light and bare compared to the middle of the nail. In person, this effect is almost unnoticeable. But the macro SEES ALL. So I added another coat of Greenery and Humid Air and that plus a topcoat of Seche Vite is what you see in the photos.

I really love this polish. Shannon has some superb blue and green polishes under her belt and Greenery and Humid Air is one of them. I found myself studying this polish on the nail, my eyes searching for and picking out the purple, turquoise, pink and holo sparks. This one lures you into its jewel-toned world and dazzles you. Pretty spiffy for fall and will be awesome come the holidays!

love,
Aunt Liz

    1. Isn't it though!! This polish was the cow tipper for me, every time I saw swatches or a review my covet response got a little push and finally boom over she goes. I love the blue and green polishes from Pahlish, they just send me. It's only a matter of time before that Train Underwater cow goes over. ;->
